Steckloff) A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled "Michigan consumer protection act," by amending the title and section 3 (MCL 445.903), section 3 as amended by 2021 PA 46, and by adding section 3n. HB 5487 (Rep. Tisdel) A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled "Michigan consumer protection act," (MCL 445.901 to 445.922) by adding section 3o. Representative Frederick, Representative Steckloff and Representative Tisdel testified together in support of HB 5485, HB 5486 and HB 5487. Questions and discussion followed.
