Martin) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending section 40113a (MCL 324.40113a), as amended by 2016 PA 382. Substitute (H-1) was previously adopted to HB 5358 on December 2, 2021.
