- Representative Cherry moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 17, 2022. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 6042 before the committee: HB 6042 (Rep. Mueller) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," by amending section 1308 (MCL 380.1308), as amended by 2016 PA 363. Chairman Mueller and Joe Hanson, representing the Critical Response Group, testified in support of his bill. Questions and discussion followed.
