- Representative Bezotte moved to adopt the meeting minutes from June 21, 2022. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. At 12:32 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 12:34 PM, Majority Vice Chair Bezotte called the committee back to order. Representative Calley testified in support of HB 6317 and HB 6318. Representative Morse testified in support of HB 6317 and HB 6318. Stacy Hissong, representing the Michigan Association of County Drain Commissioners, testified in support of HB 6317 and HB 6318. Questions and discussion followed. At 1:13 PM, Majority Vice Chair Bezotte laid the committee at ease. At 1:14 PM, the Chair called the committee back to order.
