MacDonell) A bill to amend 1974 PA 258, entitled "Mental health code," by amending section 602 (MCL 330.1602), as amended by 1995 PA 290. HB 4677 (Rep. Wozniak) A bill to amend 1998 PA 386, entitled "Estates and protected individuals code," by amending section 5303 (MCL 700.5303), as amended by 2024 PA 1. Representative Wozniak and Representative MacDonell, testified in support of HB 4676 and HB 4677. Questions and discussion followed.
