Kuppa) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,"(MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 145g. Representative Padma Kuppa, the bill sponsor, explained her bill, and introduced Dawn Hayes, who testified in support of the bill, and responded to a question from a committee member.
