Meerman) A concurrent resolution to demand that the Governor compile and make publicly available certain data, to encourage medical professionals to provide elective medical procedures, and to encourage the people of Michigan to continue to practice safe social distancing. Representative Meerman testified in support of HCR 24. Questions and discussion followed. The Chair laid HB 5767 before the committee: HB 5767 (Rep. Yaroch) A bill to amend 1976 PA 390, entitled "Emergency management act," (MCL 30.401 to 30.421) by adding section 7b. Representative Yaroch testified in support of HB 5767. Questions and discussion followed. Jeff White and Angela Madden, representing the Michigan Association of Ambulance Services, testified in support of HB 5767. Questions and discussion followed.
