Representative Weiss offered the following amendment to HB 4445: 1. Amend page 5, following line 12, by inserting: "Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless House Bill No. 4576 of the 103rd Legislature is enacted into law.". Representative Weiss spoke to the amendment.
