Yancey Criminal procedure; expunction; eligibility for record expungement of operating while intoxicated convictions; allow. HB 4220 Rep. Bellino Criminal procedure; expunction; eligibility for record expungement of operating while intoxicated convictions; allow. SB 400 Sen. McBroom Criminal procedure; expunction; expungement period for operating while intoxicated; extend. And any other business properly before the committee.
