- Representative Mueller moved to excuse Representatives Maddock, Markkanen, Beson, Borton, Cavitt, Steele and Robinson from the meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid a presentation on Governor Whitmer’s Fiscal Year 2027 and 2028 Budget Recommendations before the committee Director Jen Flood and Deputy Director Kyle Guerrant, representing the Michigan State Budget Office, provided a presentation on Governor Whitmer’s Fiscal Year 2027 and 2028 Budget Recommendations. Questions and discussions followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Bollin adjourned the meeting at 2:27 PM.
