Koleszar) A bill to amend 1955 PA 133, entitled "An act to provide for the granting of military leaves and providing re-employment protection for officers and enlisted men of the military or naval forces of the state or of the United States," by amending section 3a (MCL 32.273a), as added by 2005 PA 8. HB 5233 (Rep. Robinson) A bill to require certain employers to provide paid military leave for certain members of those employers; and to provide certain conditions for the use of paid military leave.
