- Representative Breen moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 15, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. At 12:02 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 12:04 PM, the Chair called the committee back to order. The Chair laid HB 4375 before the committee: HB 4375 (Rep. Grant) A bill to amend 2003 PA 258, entitled "Land bank fast track act," by amending section 3 (MCL 124.753). Representative Grant testified in support of HB 4375. Questions and discussion followed.
