    Representative Arbit moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 16, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4676, HB 4677 and HB 4678 before the committee: HB 4676 (Rep. Young) A bill to amend 1994 PA 203, entitled "Foster care and adoption services act," by amending section 8b (MCL 722.958b), as added by 2018 PA 489. HB 4677 (Rep. Young) A bill to amend 1994 PA 203, entitled "Foster care and adoption services act," (MCL 722.951 to 722.960) by adding section 8e. HB 4678 (Rep. Edwards) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," (MCL 380.1 to 380.1852) by adding section 1281c. At 12:02 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease.
