Fitzgerald) A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled "Revised judicature act of 1961," by amending section 8130 (MCL 600.8130), as amended by 2014 PA 60. Trevor Van Dyke, representing the State Court Administrative Office, testified in support of HB 4823 and HB 4920. Questions and discussion followed. Representative Fitzgerald testified in support of HB 4920. Al Vanderberg, Kent County Administrator, testified in support of HB 4920. Questions and discussion followed.
