- Representative MacDonell moved to adopt the meeting minutes from September 12, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4841 before the committee: HB 4841 (Rep. Young) A bill to amend 1979 PA 218, entitled "Adult foster care facility licensing act," by amending sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 13, 24, and 31 (MCL 400.703, 400.704, 400.705, 400.706, 400.707, 400.713, 400.724, and 400.731), sections 3, 4, 5, 7, and 13 as amended by 2018 PA 557, section 6 as amended by 2017 PA 156, section 24 as amended by 2018 PA 558, and section 31 as amended by 1994 PA 150, and by adding sections 9a, 28, 28a, 28b, 28c, 28d, and 28e.
