Richard Williamson, representing the Office of Senator Shink, testified in support of SB 441. Scott Everett, representing the Michigan Fish Producers Association, testified in opposition of SB 441. Questions and discussion followed. Bill Winowiecki, representing the Michigan Charter Boat Association, testified in opposition of SB 441. Taylor Ridderbusch, Dave Caroffino, and Randy Claramunt, all representing the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, testified in support of SB 441. Questions and discussion followed. The committee returned to consideration of HB 4832.
