- Representative Koleszar moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 22, 2024. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chair Glanville laid a presentation on the Growing Michigan Together Higher Education Subcommittee Recommendations before the Committee. Dr. Bill Pink, President of Ferris State University, Dr. Jim Sawyer, President of Macomb Community College, Ryan Bliss, Executive Director of the Michigan College Access Network, and Kevin Scott, President of TalentFirst, gave a presentation on the Higher Education recommendations from the Growing Michigan Together Council Report. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Glanville adjourned the meeting at 11:58 AM.
