Amend page 7, after line 1, by inserting: “Traffic stop data collection enhancement 3,700,000”. 2. Amend page 7, line 4, by striking “8,694,200” and inserting “12,394,200” and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. Senator Stamas requested the yeas and nays.
