Amend page 3, line 14, after “450.4” by striking out “87,727,700” and inserting “88,727,700”. 2. Amend page 6, line 9, after “ $ ” by striking out “40,867,700” and inserting “41,867,700” and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. Senator Chang requested the yeas and nays.
