- By unanimous consent the Senate returned to consideration of the following bill: Senate Bill No. 888, entitled A bill to create the blockchain and cryptocurrency commission and prescribe its powers and duties; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities. The above bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Barrett offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 4, line 28, after “for” by striking out “firearms;”. 2. Amend page 4, line 28, after “opiates” by striking out the semicolon. 3. Amend page 4, line 28, after the second “and” by inserting “for”. The amendments were adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
