- Together, I am confident our members can work together to fulfill the commitments we made to get the job done for Michigan families in this 100th Legislature. I also want to thank you and your beautiful family – your wife Stephanie and children, Lee II, Matthew, Noah, Payge and Lincoln – for being willing to take on the sacrifices inherent in leading this chamber for the next two years in our new political landscape that requires teamwork, open communications and yes, even compromise.
