by executive decree; now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That, pursuant to Article V, Section 2 of the Constitution of the State of Michigan of 1963, we approve Executive Order No. 2019-02; and be it further Resolved, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Governor. The motion did not prevail and the substitute (H-2) was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. The question being on the adoption of the concurrent resolution, Rep. Rabhi demanded the yeas and nays. The demand was supported.
