- by executive decree; now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That, pursuant to Article V, Section 2 of the Constitution of the State of Michigan of 1963, we approve Executive Order No. 2019-02; and be it further Resolved, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Governor.
