Pohutsky Yancey Farrington Jones Rabhi Yaroch Nays 0 In The Chair: Lilly Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows: An act to provide for the establishment of emergency 9-1-1 districts; to provide for the installation, operation, modification, and maintenance of universal emergency 9-1-1 service systems; to provide for the imposition and collection of certain charges; to provide the powers and duties of certain state agencies, local units of government, public officers, service suppliers, and others; to create an emergency 9-1-1 service committee; to provide remedies and penalties; and to repeal acts and parts of acts, The House agreed to the full title. Rep. Cole moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor. Senate Bill No. 438, entitled A bill to amend 1972 PA 284, entitled Business corporation act, by amending section 1060 (MCL 450.2060), as amended by 2018 PA 85.
