- REPEALER Sec. 1551. Section 462 of 2018 PA 618 is repealed. Third: That the Senate and House agree to the title of the bill to read as follows: A bill to make appropriations for the legislature, the executive, the department of the attorney general, the department of state, the department of treasury, the department of technology, management, and budget, the department of civil rights, the department of labor and economic opportunity, and certain other state purposes for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020; to supplement appropriations for certain state departments and certain other state purposes for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019; to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations; to provide for the disposition of fees and other income received by the state agencies; to repeal acts and parts of acts; and to declare the effect of this act.
