- (e) The block segment for a biweekly block reimbursement rate schedule for unlicensed providers shall be reimbursed at their current hourly reimbursement rates. (2) It is the intent of the legislature that the new biweekly block reimbursement system reimburses providers based on the block segment that is closest to the number of hours actually paid to the provider.
