Context text: the internet, including through mobile applications; to impose requirements for such sports betting; to impose tax and other payment obligations on the conduct of licensed sports betting; to create the internet sports betting fund; to prohibit certain acts in relation to sports betting and to prescribe penalties for those violations; to require the promulgation of rules; and to provide remedies. The Senate has substituted (S-2) the bill. The Senate has passed the bill as substituted (S-2) and ordered that it be given immediate effect.
