- “(f) Making a political contribution in violation of section 7b of this act.”. 3. Amend page 86, line 18, by inserting: “(e) Knowingly violates or aids or abets in the violation of the provisions of section 7b of this act.” and relettering the remaining subdivision. 4. Amend page 92, line 12, by striking out all of enacting section 1 and inserting: “Enacting section 1. Sections 8a and 10 of the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act, 1996 IL 1, MCL 432.208a and 432.210, are repealed.”. The motion did not prevail and the amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. The question being on concurring in the substitute (S-2) made to the bill by the Senate, The substitute (S-2) was concurred in, 3/4 of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
