- constitutional right to bear arms will not be imposed upon the citizens of Michigan by either the federal government or itself and would view such infringements as violations of both the Second Amendment and the Constitution of the State of Michigan of 1963; now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives, That we reaffirm the right of Michigan residents to keep and bear arms under the Constitution of the State of Michigan of 1963 and the Constitution of the United States. The resolution was referred to the Committee on Judiciary. Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 4926, entitled A bill to amend 2014 PA 86, entitled “Local community stabilization authority act,” by amending sections 13 and 14 (MCL 123.1353 and 123.1354), as amended by 2018 PA 247. Was read a third time and passed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
