- The motion prevailed. Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 5117, entitled A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled “Revised judicature act of 1961,” by amending sections 6431 and 6452 (MCL 600.6431 and 600.6452). (The bill was received from the Senate on February 11, with substitute (S-1), title amendment and immediate effect given by the Senate, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until February 13, see House Journal No. 15, p. 221.)
