The House agreed to the title of the bill. Rep. VanWoerkom, under Rule 31, made the following statement: “Mr. Speaker and members of the House: I did not vote on Roll Call No. 98 because of a possible conflict of interest.” Rep. LaGrand, under Rule 31, made the following statement: “Mr. Speaker and members of the House: I did not vote on Roll Call No. 98 because of a possible conflict of interest.” Rep. Cole moved to reconsider the vote by which the House passed the bill. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
