Senate Bill No. 942, entitled A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending sections 205, 233, 609d, and 1014 (MCL 436.1205, 436.1233, 436.1609d, and 436.2014), section 205 as amended by 2015 PA 246, section 609d as added by 2020 PA 26, and section 1014 as added by 2015 PA 47, and by adding sections 537a, 538, and 551.
