Context text: Messages from the Senate House Bill No. 6159, entitled A bill to provide immunity for health care providers and health care facilities in the event of a pandemic; and to clarify the time frame for the immunity. The Senate has substituted (S-3) the bill. The Senate has passed the bill as substituted (S-3) and ordered that it be given immediate effect.
