- Rep. Gay-Dagnogo entered the House Chambers. The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 5770, entitled A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled “Michigan consumer protection act,” by amending sections 3, 5, and 11 (MCL 445.903, 445.905, and 445.911), section 3 as amended by 2018 PA 211 and section 5 as amended by 2006 PA 508, and by adding section 3l. (The bill was received from the Senate on December 15, with substitute (S-1) and full title inserted, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until today, see House Journal No. 98, p. 2581.) The question being on concurring in the substitute (S-1) made to the bill by the Senate, The substitute (S-1) was concurred in, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
