- The bill was referred to the Clerk for enrollment printing and presentation to the Governor. The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4187, entitled A bill to require certain entities to provide notice to certain persons in the event of a breach of security that results in the unauthorized acquisition of sensitive personally identifying information; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities; and to prescribe penalties and provide remedies. (The bill was received from the Senate on December 15, with substitute (S-1) and title amendment, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until today, see House Journal No. 98, p. 2557.)
