- The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Jones moved to amend the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 2, following line 2, by inserting: “(3) The portion of highway US-24 in Wayne County beginning at the intersection with M-153 and extending north to the intersection with Warren Avenue shall be known as the “Julie Plawecki Memorial Highway”.”. The motion was seconded and the amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. The question being on the passage of the bill, The bill was then passed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
