A bill to regulate the certification of an individual’s need for an emotional support animal by health care providers and requests for reasonable accommodation for emotional support animals in housing; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities; and to prescribe penalties. The Senate has substituted (S-1) the bill. The Senate has passed the bill as substituted (S-1). The Speaker announced that pursuant to Rule 42, the bill was laid over one day. Rep.
