House Bill No. 5851, entitled A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” by amending section 7408a (MCL 333.7408a), as amended by 2012 PA 501. The Senate has substituted (S-1) the bill. The Senate has passed the bill as substituted (S-1) and pursuant to Joint Rule 20, inserted the full title.
