- Senator MacGregor moved that the rule be suspended. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. The concurrent resolution was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. Senators Bizon and Schmidt were named co-sponsors of the concurrent resolution.
