By unanimous consent the Senate returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills By unanimous consent the Senate returned to consideration of the following bill: Senate Bill No. 137, entitled A bill to make appropriations for the department of environment, Great Lakes, and energy for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020; and to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations.
