(e) The block segment for a biweekly block reimbursement rate schedule for unlicensed providers shall be reimbursed at their current hourly reimbursement rates. (2) It is the intent of the legislature that the new biweekly block reimbursement system reimburses providers based on the block segment that is closest to the number of hours actually paid to the provider. Third: That the House and Senate agree to the title of the bill to read as follows: A bill to make appropriations for the department of education for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020; and to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations.
