Amend page 2, line 27, after “Michigan” by inserting, “This shall include an investigation of the federal response and whether actions taken by the federal government to assist the State of Michigan were influenced by the President’s favoritism.” The question being on the adoption of the amendment, Senator Chang requested the yeas and nays.
