By unanimous consent the Senate proceeded to the order of Third Reading of Bills Senator MacGregor moved that the Senate proceed to consideration of the following bill: Senate Bill No. 876 The motion prevailed. The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 876, entitled A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending sections 216, 226, 255, 301, 309, and 314 (MCL 257.216, 257.226, 257.255, 257.301, 257.309, and 257.314), section 216 as amended by 2009 PA 32, section 226 as amended by 2018 PA 342, section 255 as amended by 2018 PA 64, sections 301 and 314 as amended by 2011 PA 159, and section 309 as amended by 2016 PA 23, and by adding sections 312k and 801k.
