By unanimous consent the Senate returned to the order of Messages from the House Senator MacGregor moved that the Senate proceed to consideration of the following bill: Senate Bill No. 172 The motion prevailed. Senate Bill No. 172, entitled A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled “The insurance code of 1956,” by amending section 513 (MCL 500.513), as added by 2001 PA 24.
