- Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows: “An act to enact the uniform commercial real estate receivership act; to provide for the appointment of receivers to take possession of commercial real property of another and to receive, collect, care for, and dispose of the property or proceeds of the property; and to provide remedies related to the receiverships,”. The Senate agreed to the full title. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 5490, entitled A bill to amend 2016 PA 281, entitled “Medical marihuana facilities licensing act,” by amending sections 102 and 206 (MCL 333.27102 and 333.27206), section 102 as amended by 2019 PA 3 and section 206 as amended by 2020 PA 32, and by adding section 206a. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Lucido offered the following substitute: Substitute (S-2). The substitute was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
