The motion prevailed. The House of Representatives returned, in accordance with the request of the Senate House Bill No. 5851, entitled A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” by amending section 7408a (MCL 333.7408a), as amended by 2012 PA 501. Senator MacGregor moved to reconsider the vote by which the bill was passed. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Lucido offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 7, line 29, after “is” by striking out “approved on a record roll call vote” and inserting “adopted”. The amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
