The Chair ruled that is correct, do not impugn colleagues. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, Point of Order Rep. Fitzgerald requested a ruling of the Chair on how although bills are referenced in this resolution, we are not allowed to talk about the content of the bills. The Chair ruled please confine remarks to the resolution. Rep. Neeley entered the House Chambers. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, Rep. Posthumus demanded the yeas and nays.
