Rep. Rogers moved that the bill be placed on the order of Third Reading of Bills. The motion prevailed. By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 4403, entitled A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending sections 105 and 603 (MCL 436.1105 and 436.1603), as amended by 2022 PA 226.
