Messages from the Senate House Bill No. 4262, entitled A bill to provide for certain investigations for violating the event online ticket sales act; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state agencies and departments; and to prescribe civil sanctions and provide certain remedies. The Senate has substituted (S-1) the bill. The Senate has passed the bill as substituted (S-1). The Speaker announced that pursuant to Rule 41, the bill was laid over one day. Rep. Posthumus moved that Rule 41 be suspended. The motion prevailed, 3/5 of the members present voting therefor.
