(MCL 339.5939) and by adding sections 926, 926a, and 926b. The bill was read a third time. The question being on the passage of the bill, Rep. Carra moved to amend the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 2, following line 23, by inserting: “(4) Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the department may by rule consolidate the licenses described in section 926 to reduce the number of boiler installer licenses issued under this article.”. The motion was seconded and the amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
